Your events can be viewed in various overviews including:

  • All events for One Room for One Week, One Month or Day.
  • All events for One Day for all Rooms
  • All events for One Month for All Rooms
  • As a Report with your specified criteria

If you have rooms that can optionally be extended to an adjoining room via partitions for example, you can handle this with the click of the mouse.

You can log the Customer and the 'booker' at that customer who made the booking.

The event is defined by start and finish time but also stores optional times for:

  • Breakfast
  • Mid Morning
  • Lunch
  • Mid Afternoon

You can record itemised costings for costs grouped in:

  • Room Setup
  • Food and Beverage
  • Additional Charges

you can record the source of the booking as:

  • Unknown
  • Direct Mail
  • Direct Call
  • Direct Web
  • Walk In
  • Direct Internal
  • Agency

The status of the event can be logged as:

  • Enquiry
  • Provisional
  • Confirmed
  • Confirmed and Paid
  • Rejected by client
  • Rejected by you
